VIBRO CONNECTORS VRSF

VRSF flexible expansion joints commonly referred to as rubber joints are engineered to absorb movement, isolate vibration, and reduce noise in piping systems across a wide range of industrial applications. These joints are widely utilized in water supply and treatment, electrical utilities, chemical processing, and marine mooring systems due to their robust performance and versatile material compatibility. The rubber body of each expansion joint is constructed using a multi-layered vulcanization process:
  • Inner Layer: Tailored to suit the conveyed medium, using rubber types such as NR, SBR, IIR, NBR, EPDM, CR, FKM, etc., depending on chemical and thermal requirements
  • Reinforcement Layer: Made of high-strength nylon cord fabric to ensure pressure containment and structural integrity
  • Outer Layer: Composed of aging-resistant polar rubber for long-term durability in exposed or corrosive environments
To prevent natural shrinkage, premature aging, and cracking during extended service life, embedded steel wire reinforcements are incorporated for added structural protection and dimensional stability.

VIBRO CONNECTORS VRTF

VRTF double sphere rubber expansion joint is a high-performance flexible connector designed to absorb vibration, reduce noise, and accommodate multi-directional movement in piping systems. Compared to single sphere rubber joints, the double sphere configuration offers an extended installation length, effectively addressing limitations associated with short-length rubber connectors. This makes it particularly suitable for applications requiring greater flexibility and displacement absorption. The joint comprises a dual-sphere rubber body and flanged end connections. The rubber element is formulated for softness and elasticity, allowing it to dampen dynamic forces and compensate for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature fluctuations. However, it is essential that the joint is installed within its rated movement limits to ensure safe and reliable operation.

VIBRO CONNECTORS VRTU

VRTU threaded flexible connectors is a high-performance flexible connector designed to accommodate movement, reduce vibration, and isolate noise in pipeline systems. Engineered for durability and versatility, it offers excellent elasticity, airtight sealing, resistance to a wide range of media, and robust weatherproofing—making it suitable for demanding industrial and commercial applications. Constructed using a vulcanized double-ball rubber body and a movable metal joint, the expansion joint comprises three key layers:
  • Inner Layer: Heat-resistant rubber for thermal stability and chemical resilience
  • Reinforcement Layer: High-strength cotton cord fabric for structural integrity and pressure resistance
  • Outer Layer: Aging-resistant rubber for long-term durability in exposed environments
End Connection Material:
  • Forged or cast steel (available in round or square profiles)
  • Surface finish: Galvanized for corrosion protection and extended service life
