The Model VRIB VIBRO BASE Inertia VRCB transforms mechanical equipment foundations through innovative engineering. When filled with concrete, this precision fabricated frame creates a reinforced inertia base that delivers exceptional vibration control, structural stability, and equipment support.
The system features an integrated design combining perimeter steel channels, isolator mounting brackets, reinforcing steel rods at 203 mm intervals, and pre positioned anchor bolts. This unified structure strategically uses steel under tension and concrete under compression, achieving superior strength and rigidity while minimizing material usage. The result is an inertia base that outperforms conventional heavy steel designs in both stiffness and long term durability.
VIBRO BASE frames arrive fully welded and installation ready, drastically reducing on site labor and project timelines. Available in thicknesses from 150 mm to 350 mm, these frames accommodate diverse mechanical equipment including centrifugal chillers, reciprocating compressors, pumps, fans, and engines. When paired with appropriate VIBRO ISOLATORS, the system provides superior equipment isolation, vibration amplitude control, and secure anchorage while lowering equipment center of gravity and blocking airborne noise transmission effectively.
