VRSP Pads are high-performance elastomeric mounting pads designed with a finely double-ribbed profile, available in single or multiple layers interleaved with steel shims. This robust yet lightweight configuration ensures superior grip and effective vibration isolation, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.

Manufactured from premium-grade elastomer, the VRSP Pads are offered in configurations featuring double-ribbed surfaces with integrated steel shims for enhanced load distribution. Available in durometer ratings from 40 to 80 Shore A, these pads are engineered to support substantial loads while maintaining structural integrity. The elastomer compound is resistant to oil and water ingress and is formulated to operate within the elastic limits of the isolator, ensuring long-term durability and consistent performance.

Standard deflection ratings range from 2 mm to 5 mm. VRSP Pads are available in standard sizes of 2″, 3″, 4″, 6″, and 9″, as well as full 18″ (457 mm) square sheets that can be easily cut or drilled on-site to meet specific installation requirements. They are particularly effective in attenuating noise, shock, and high-frequency vibration from mechanical, industrial, or process equipment installed at grade level or in non-critical environments.

Ideal for applications where bolting is impractical and vibration levels are moderate or non-critical, VRSP Pads are recommended for use with HVAC systems, pumps, motors, generators, chillers, air conditioning units, and general machine shop equipment.
