VRCP Pads are engineered vibration control elements composed of elastomeric layers bonded with cork inserts, forming a multi-layered structure that delivers reliable performance in light-to-medium duty applications. The ribbed surface geometry enhances frictional stability, making these pads suitable for installations requiring non-bolted support.

Constructed using high-grade elastomer and natural cork, the VRCP series is available in single or composite-layer formats. The cork interlayer acts as a natural damping medium, improving load distribution and vibration attenuation. With hardness options ranging from 40 to 80 Shore A, these pads are designed to accommodate varying load intensities while preserving material resilience. The elastomer is formulated to resist degradation from oils and moisture, ensuring the pad remains within its elastic operating range throughout its service life.

Deflection capabilities span from 2 mm to 5 mm, supporting effective isolation across a range of equipment types. VRCP Pads are supplied in modular dimensions of 2″, 3″, 4″, 6″, and 9″, along with full-format 18″ (457 mm) square sheets that can be tailored on-site to meet specific installation needs. Their design is particularly suited for mitigating airborne noise, mechanical shock, and high-frequency vibration in non-critical zones or grade-level installations.

Recommended for use in scenarios where mechanical anchoring is not preferred, VRCP Pads are well-suited for HVAC units, rotating machinery, pumps, chillers, generators, and workshop equipment where vibration control is required without complex mounting provisions.

Manufactured from high-quality elastomer, VRNP pad is available in a double-ribbed configuration. The pads come in 40 – 80 durometer ratings and are engineered to handle maximum loads. The elastomer is resistant to oil and water, designed to remain within the strain limits of the isolator, ensuring durability and long service life. VRNP Pads are offered with rated deflections between 2 mm – 5 mm and are available in sizes of 2″, 3″, 4″, 6″, or 9″, as well as full 18″ (457 mm) square sheets that can be cut or drilled to suit field requirements. They are ideal for isolating noise, shock, and high-frequency vibration generated by mechanical, industrial, or process equipment installed at grade level or in other non-critical areas. VRWP Isolation Pads are precision-moulded vibration control elements fabricated from durable neoprene elastomer, offering consistent performance in moderate-load applications. With a nominal hardness of 50 Shore A, each pad is engineered to support compressive loads up to 60 psi 4.0 kg/cm² and deliver static deflection of approximately 20% of its original thickness equating to 3.8 mm under rated conditions. For enhanced deflection, multiple layers may be stacked using interleaved steel shims, allowing tailored isolation performance based on site requirements. The neoprene compound is formulated for long-term resilience, exhibiting strong resistance to oil, water, and environmental degradation, while remaining within the safe stress limits of the material. Pads are supplied in 457 mm x 457 mm x 19 mm sheets, pre-scored into 51 mm x 51 mm segments for easy field customization. Designed to function in shear, VRWP pads effectively dampen airborne noise, mechanical shock, and high-frequency vibration from equipment installed on grade or structural slabs in non-critical zones. Recommended for use with machinery operating at speeds of 3600 rpm or higher, these pads should not be subjected to loads exceeding 4.0 kg/cm².
